İstanbul Cinema Museum 2024

We visited the Istanbul Cinema Museum with our high school film club students. The Istanbul Cinema Museum is among the top three cinema museums in the world with its unique collection of 130 pieces. It houses two floors, one being digital and the other reflecting cinema history, hosting national and international art pieces. Our students also explored the ‘Star Wars Fan Exhibition,’ the world’s most extensive collection of Star Wars memorabilia, which temporarily graced the museum. This comprehensive exhibition about the most-watched series in cinema history, Star Wars, consists of over 600 pieces collected over 40 years. Our students gained insights into both local and international cinemas, examined the artworks, and had both enjoyable and productive time.

Our MUN Club Students are at Boğaziçi University Model United Nations Conference 2020

Our MUN club students are the Model United Nations conference held in Boğaziçi University. MUN conferences are organizations that aim to enable students to understand past and the present so that they can build the future. Our students will take a look at Kenndey-Nixon election as a sample case in order to take lessons from past. To be able to evaluate today’s world, they will participate in committees such as “Bretton Woods,” “the European Parliament,” “Disarmament and International Security.” Last but not least, they will take part in “the Futuristic NATO” in order to build the future. Assuming the roles of diplomats of the countries allocated to them, our students will create possible solutions during the debates. We wish them a successful conference.
